Pastor Subscriptions – Terms of Use

By purchasing or accessing any Pastor Subscriptions product, membership, or resource, you agree to the following terms:

1. Digital License & Usage

All materials provided through Pastor Subscriptions are licensed for internal use within your church organization only. This includes sermons, workbooks, presentations, calendars, and any related digital resources.

Materials may not be:

• Shared externally
• Redistributed
• Resold
• Uploaded to public platforms
• Used outside the licensed church or campus group

2. Password-Protected Content

All resources are delivered as password-protected files or gated digital content. Circumventing or sharing access credentials is strictly prohibited.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of these resources and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final.

Refunds are not guaranteed and may only be issued at the sole discretion of Pastor Subscriptions in exceptional cases.

4. Membership Access

Access is granted based on the purchased tier (Small, Mid-Size, or Large / Multi-Campus).

Each tier includes a defined set of resources. Access beyond the purchased tier is not permitted without an upgrade.

5. Intellectual Property

All content remains the intellectual property of Pastor Subscriptions. Purchase grants a license to use — not ownership.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring only authorized church staff access the materials.

7. Modifications

Pastor Subscriptions reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
